To access your gallery and view your photos, please follow the steps below. We’re excited to share these festive memories with you!

GALLERIES WILL BE OPEN ONE WEEK ONLY

All galleries will close at 12.17.24 at 11:59pm.

Please make all orders in that time frame.

There will be a $25 fee to re-open the gallery.

STEP 2: PROOFING GALLERY INFORMATION AND WATERMARKS: Important Information About Accessing Your Gallery

When you first enter the gallery, some pop-up menus will appear. Please take a moment to read through these instructions carefully. They provide important details on how to favorite your images and place orders, ensuring the process goes smoothly.

We’ve added a proof watermark to all images in the gallery. Over the years, we’ve noticed unauthorized images from our galleries being shared online. Please understand that these images are protected, and usage rights are granted only after purchase. Screenshots or sharing of unpurchased images is not permitted and compromises the integrity of our work as a small business.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a separate download of your images without the watermark. We appreciate your respect and understanding—it helps us continue providing these cherished moments for you and your furry family members!

STEP 3: FIND YOUR PUP: Once inside the proofing gallery, all PupTraits are posted in the order they were taken. If your session was later in the day, you’ll just need to scroll down to find your furbabies. And while you’re searching, try not to get too distracted by all the adorable pups—we know it’s hard to resist! 🐾❤️
STEP 4: CREATE YOUR FAVORITES GALLERY: We highly recommend creating a Favorites Gallery as you browse through your PupTraits. This simple step will help you stay organized and make the ordering process much easier.

Here’s how it works:

Click the Heart Icon: As you browse the gallery, click the heart icon next to any PupTrait you love.

Set Up Your Favorites Gallery: The first time you click the heart, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. This will create your personal Favorites Gallery, allowing you to easily revisit your selections.

Save Time Later: Your Favorites Gallery will save your selected images, making it quick and simple to finalize your order when you’re ready.

Why create a Favorites Gallery?

It’s an easy way to keep track of the images you love most.

If you need to come back to the gallery at a later time to place your order, your favorites will still be saved and ready to go.

Narrowing down your favorites now makes the decision-making process smoother when it’s time to order!

STEP 5: ORDER YOUR PUPTRAITS: From your Favorites Gallery, click on the PRINT STORE in the upper-right menu bar. There, you’ll be able to browse all the options and place your order.

Christmas Cards:

This year, we’re offering a one-stop shop for your holiday card needs! Our lab offers amazing designs and options. Simply design your cards in the ordering software, and they’ll be delivered straight to your door.
STEP 6: CHECK OUT AND COUPON CODE: How to Apply Your Coupon at Checkout

Once you’ve finished selecting all your favorite items, you’re ready to check out! Here’s how to apply your coupon:

1️⃣ At the Payment Screen:
On the final payment screen, click on "Apply Coupon Code."

2️⃣ Enter Your Event Coupon:
Use the specific coupon code you received at the event. These coupons are unique to you, can only be used once, and are linked to your prepaid amount.

The format of your coupon code should look something like this:
[NUMBER]DGF[AMOUNT YOU PREPAID]
For example: 12DGF30

3️⃣ Don’t Have Your Code?
Hopefully, you snapped a quick picture of your coupon code as requested at the event. If not, no worries—just email me at lauren@desiluphotography.com , and I’ll be happy to help you retrieve it!

STEP 7: PROCESSING DELAY AND EDITING INFORMATION: Important Information About Your Order and Editing Process

Once you’ve completed your order, please note there will be a 7-day delay before your files are released. This gives us the necessary time to carefully review and fully edit your selected images. Even if you order a digital file, it will go through our full editing process, so it will not be available for immediate download.

Prints and Cards

If you order prints or holiday cards, we’ll take extra care to review the files and apply any additional edits needed to ensure they look their absolute best before releasing the order to our lab.

About PupTrait Booth Images

The images in the gallery are straight out of the camera and have not yet been retouched. Any images purchased will go through a full editing process, which includes:

Leash Removal: While we did our best to keep leashes hidden during your session, this wasn’t always possible. We will make reasonable efforts to remove leashes (and our amazing assistant, if visible).

Background Corrections: If any part of your image was photographed off the backdrop, we’ll adjust the background to ensure a polished final image.

Digital Files

Any digital files you ordered will be fully edited and released within 7 days.

Once your files are ready, you’ll have 7 days to download them.

Important: Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email with your download link—we have no control over where it lands!

Print Orders

Print orders will be sent to the lab within 7 days of your order.

Delivery timelines will depend on the production schedule provided by the lab.

Christmas Card Orders

All Christmas card orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Please double and triple-check your spelling and details before submitting your card order to ensure everything is just right!
