Find Your Gallery

For Nosework events, galleries are organized by your Running Order Number.

Enter your email address to access your gallery. This is the email we will use to communicate with you about your order, favorites, and digital downloads.

When you first enter the gallery, you’ll see a few pop-up messages. Please take a moment to read through them — they include helpful tips on how to favorite your images and place your order, which will make the process much easier.

You’ll also notice a proof watermark on all images in the gallery. While we know it’s not ideal, it helps protect the images until they’re officially selected and purchased. Your order directly supports our small business and helps us to do the rescue work we care so much about.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive your final images as a separate download — watermark-free, fully edited, and ready for use. (Downloads will not be released immediately- more information below).

If you love an image, just click the little heart icon next to it to add it to your favorites list. This makes it easy to narrow down your top picks when you’re ready to place your order.

When you first favorite an image, you’ll be prompted to re-enter your email address. This allows you to access your favorites list again later from any device.

If you’re planning to purchase the full gallery, you can skip this step.

Once you’ve selected your favorites, click the “Print Store” link in the upper right corner. This will show all of the available ways to purchase your images, including digital files, prints, and wall art.

Digital File Options:

• Print-Sized Digital Files – sized for printing up to 8x10
• Web-Use Digital Files – for online sharing only (not intended for printing)

You’ll have several options to choose from, including:
• Individual print-sized digital files
• Collections of print-sized digital files (better value per image)
• The full gallery (available in web-size or print-size)
• Combination options (web gallery + a select number of print-sized files)

Once you’ve selected all of your items, you’re ready to check out.

If you received a coupon code, be sure to enter it in the “Apply Coupon” field on the checkout screen before completing your purchase.

Digital files will be delivered within 7 days of your order. Once released, you’ll have 7 days to download them, so please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as those emails can occasionally land there.

Print orders will be submitted to the lab within 7 days, with delivery timing based on the lab’s production schedule.
