• Click the Heart Icon: As you browse the gallery, click the heart icon next to any PupTrait you love.
• Set Up Your Favorites Gallery: The first time you click the heart, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address. This will create your personal Favorites Gallery, allowing you to easily revisit your selections.
• Save Time Later: Your Favorites Gallery will save your selected images, making it quick and simple to finalize your order when you’re ready.

Why create a Favorites Gallery?

• It’s an easy way to keep track of the images you love most.
• If you need to come back to the gallery at a later time to place your order, your favorites will still be saved and ready to go.

How to Apply Your Coupon at Checkout

Once you’ve finished selecting all your favorite items, you’re ready to check out! Here’s how to apply your coupon:

1️⃣ At the Payment Screen:
On the final payment screen, click on "Apply Coupon Code."

2️⃣ Enter Your Event Coupon:
Use the specific coupon code you received at the event. These coupons are unique to you, can only be used once, and are linked to your prepaid amount.

The format of your coupon code should look something like this:
[NUMBER]DGF[AMOUNT YOU PREPAID]
For example: 12DGF30

3️⃣ Don’t Have Your Code?

Digital Files

• Any digital files you ordered will be fully edited and released within 7 days.
• Once your files are ready, you’ll have 7 days to download them.
• Important: Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email with your download link—we have no control over where it lands!

Print Orders

• Print orders will be sent to the lab within 7 days of your order.
• Delivery timelines will depend on the production schedule provided by the lab.

Christmas Card Orders

• All Christmas card orders are final and cannot be refunded.
• Please double and triple-check your spelling and details before submitting your card order to ensure everything is just right!
